Procurement Contract
- Responsible for vetting and drafting legal documents i.e. Procurement Contract including but not limited to: procurement, licensing and subscription agreement, maintenance and support agreement, in-building license agreement, service level agreement, and leasing agreement
- Drafting new Policies, Rules and Regulations of the University in relation to Procurement Contract/MOA Non-Academic.
- Reviewing and amending existing Policies, Rules and Regulations of the University periodically in order to maintain its relevancy with the governing rules.
- Provides legal advice/opinion pertaining to the management and affairs of the University arising out of Procurement Contract/MOA Non-Academic.
