ISO STANDARD DOCUMENTS

ISO 9001:2015 in IIUM

IIUM first implemented its Quality Management System certification in 2002, with individual offices obtaining certification. In 2014, IIUM unified its certification under ISO 9001:2008, and since 2017, the university has been certified under ISO 9001:2015. The university has implemented ISO 9001:2015 standards to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the effective application of its system, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The scope of the University’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System includes:

a) Design and development of education programmes;

b) Provision of education services at foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate levels

c) Management of Research and Publication activities;

d) Management of Student Development;

e) Provision of Corporate Services.
