On 2nd of November 2023, IIUM KEPMC delegates including Dr. Artika, Br. Hasrul Erwan, Br. Ariffin, Sr. Zuwainah, Sr. Nadia and Sr. Puteri Adib attended the 13th Global RCE (Regional Center of Expertise on Education for Sustainable Development) Conference held in IIUM Gombak. We were delighted to share that we have awarded the RCE Recognition Award on Outstanding Flagship Project on Greater Gombak, Edu-action for Zero Waste Community: Turning Trash to Cash.
RCEs are part of the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS) and play a role in advancing education and capacity building for sustainable development in various regions around the world.
