The Residential Services Department (RSD) serves as a service delivery platform within the university community, providing a conducive living and service environment that ensures student satisfaction and supports the realization of IIUM’s Vision and Mission. RSD also functions as an income-generating arm of the University through the efficient management of facilities and services that directly benefit students.

To be a recognised department in delivering state-of-the-art facilities and quality services that uphold and support the Vision and Mission of the International Islamic University Malaysia, Kuantan Campus.

To play a key role as a service delivery platform within the university community by providing a conducive living and service environment that ensures student satisfaction and contributes towards realizing IIUM’s Vision and Mission, while serving as an income generator for student benefit.
