Dear IIUM Kuantan Community,

Please be informed that the electric power supply at the IIUM Kuantan Campus has been slowly energized, recovered, and carefully distributed to the KCDIOs. We understand that the recent disruptions have caused significant inconvenience to both students and staff, affecting daily activities, operations, and work commitments.

As of 26^th September 2024, there are still electricity disruptions at the Kulliyyah of Science due to the current faulty of KOS Substation No 2. Therefore, several areas are affected including Admin, Bio, and CREAM building. The DBSB team is actively working on the rectification processes.

The disruption of electricity supply to those areas at KOS is expected to continue until 6.00pm tomorrow (27^th Sept 2024).

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Should you encounter further issues, please report them to the Development Division team. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us address and resolve any remaining challenges effectively and efficiently.
