SELFCOM Manual

The Self-Accreditation Committee (SELFCOM) as an
independent committee that will recommend accreditation status for all non-professional academic programmes in IIUM.

The sole responsibility of this committee is to recommend
decisions on the conferment of accreditation status to IIUM academic
programmes that are not subjected to any professional bodies. The specific
terms of reference for SELFCOM are to:
a) deliberate on the accreditation report submitted by the assessors
b) recommend the outcome of the academic accreditation audit to the
Senate
