The International Office & Student Mobility of IIUM Kuantan Campus is established to support and enhance the internationalisation agenda of the university, particularly within the Kuantan campus. The International Office & Student Mobility of IIUM Kuantan Campus plays a vital role in facilitating immigration-related matters for both international students and staff. The office is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of pass applications, renewals, and compliance in accordance with relevant regulations.

The core functions include the processing of new student pass applications for incoming international students and staff, as well as the renewal of existing passes to ensure continuous legal stay in Malaysia. In addition, the office handles applications for special passes when required under specific circumstances.

The office also oversees visa endorsement and cancellation processes, ensuring that all documentation and procedures are properly managed in line with immigration requirements. Through these core functions, the office is committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and student-focused services to support the international community at IIUM Kuantan.
