IIUM KUANTAN SCHOOL DONATION DRIVE 2024
Assalamualaikum wbt & good morning!
This is an appreciation post to the Kuantan community for your overwhelming response, which has filled us with joy and gratitude. We were truly amazed to see 680 families come together, registering and arriving at the IIUM Mosque as early as 7.30 AM.
Thank you to all who contributed preloved school supplies; we are simply passing your donations back to the people of Kuantan. May many in Kuantan benefit from today’s programme.
We would also like to acknowledge Gading Senggara for generously sponsoring new bags, school supplies, and water bottles for the children. We also received contributions from NGO Bumi Bersih, our collaborator from the Kuantan District Office of Unity and National Integration, as well as our EPMC team, who selflessly devoted their time, energy, and resources. Additionally, we are grateful to our volunteers among staff and students who helped without any expectation of reward—so many of you showed up to lend a hand!
Lastly, we sincerely apologise for any shortcomings during the programme and appreciate your patience and understanding. May God bless everyone for your kindness, generosity, and unwavering support. Together, we can achieve amazing things!
