Information on Visa Approval Letter (e-VAL) application process
All International Students who has obtained the Offer Letter from the International Islamic University Malaysia are required to apply for electronic Visa Approval Letter (e-VAL) via link provided in the i-Tasjil. Kindly read the Visa Processing Manual available in the application site.
For any additional document required for e-VAL processing must be sent through evaliium@iium.edu.my.

Procedure to obtain Student Pass
All International students who are coming to IIUM must apply for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL). It is a directive from the Government of Malaysia that all applications will be processed by the Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). Student may log into the online application via EMGS website. Information on how to apply is available on the website https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my . You are required to submit your application at least 6 weeks before the date of enrollment.
