Dear IIUM Community,

The Information Technology Division (ITD) wishes to announce the upcoming enforcement of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all IIUM Microsoft 365 (@Live) accounts as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen information security across the University.

Please be informed that effective Access to Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, will be restricted for users who have not enabled MFA on their accounts.

Users who have yet to complete the MFA setup are strongly advised to do so immediately to avoid any disruption to services. A step-by-step configuration guide is available via the provided infographics. For further assistance, users may contact the ITD Service Desk.
