As the University responds to an increasingly complex and rapidly changing higher education landscape, there is a pressing need to strengthen institutional coherence, sharpen strategic focus, and translate its distinctive identity into meaningful and sustainable impact. This aspiration requires more than conventional strategic planning. Equally important is the development of a trusted and intelligent institutional data ecosystem that enables evidence-based decisions, strengthens performance management, and provides reliable strategic intelligence.
