Background
IIUM TAKRIM DAY is an annual event where the university recognise and celebrate its staff and student achievement in research, innovation, publication, administration and sports.
For 2025, OSIC was tasked to compile winners for the many awards that are available. The winners were revealed and awarded with plaque during the Takrim Ceremony. The ceremony was held on 14 August 2025 at IIUM Cultural Centre.
During the ceremony, Prof. Emeritus Datuk Dr. Osman Bakar, Rector of IIUM, gave out the opening speech. The ceremony was officiated by Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Hussein, President of IIUM.
