planning human resource, staff leave, budget planning and spending, purchasing, quality programs, coordinating the IIUM Legal Monitoring System, etc.<\/li><li>The Unit also in charge as Secretariat for the EXCO Meeting and ensuring the submission of monthly reports from all heads of the units.<\/li><li>To ensure the transparency of the disciplinary process, this Unit also act as a Secretariat of
