#000000\"><br \/>The Finance Division was established to manage the financial affairs of the University. Headed by\u00a0Mdm. Naaimah Binti Mat@Ahmad Radzi\u00a0as the Executive Finance Director, the Finance Division has 43 staff who amongst other thing handles account &amp; investment, payroll, payments, loans, contracts &amp; supplies, budget and bursary. The Finance Division is striving for a Total Quality Management and to adapt the approach of a learning organization in our way for excellence.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Started as a small Finance Unit at the Kulliyyah of Medicine, with the establishment of the Kuantan Campus in 1997,\u00a0 the unit expanded into Finance Department in 2005 to further facilitate the above-mentioned financial services for the IIUM Kuantan Campus community as one of the departments under the\u00a0 Office of the Campus Director.\u00a0 The Department which is headed by\u00a0<b>Mohd Zaim Khairi Bin Mohd Kenali\u00a0<\/b>as the Head of Department who has 16 staff, who amongst other thing handles Accounts and Receivables, Budget,\u00a0Procurement, Payment,\u00a0 Student Financial Services,\u00a0 Trust Fund, Financial \u00a0Reporting, Financial Analysis and many more function related to the financial operation and services for the campus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Overall, the Finance Division at IIUM plays a pivotal role in supporting the university\u2019s strategic goals by managing its financial resources prudently and ensuring University\u2019s decision and policy making in matters relating to finance and accounting.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">To prepare and submit timely financial reports and statements to the relevant authorities as required under the University\u2019s Constitution, Government\u2019s Orders and Circulars, Acts and Bylaws.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">To integrate and practice Islamic financial systems, management and concepts in the University\u2019s financial system.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">To carry out financial activities
