On June 13, 2024, the EPMC members welcomed school children from Sekolah Rendah Integrasi Tahfiz Nadi Al Baghdadi Kulai, Johor, to the EPMC office at the Office of Campus Director Building, IIUM Kuantan. The event began with a brief introduction about IIUM EPMC by the program manager, Dr. Ain from KOM, followed by a sharing session from each EPMC member. The school children were then introduced to products made from recyclable materials, such as soap from used cooking oil, among others. They also had the opportunity to enter the lab and participate in a hands-on practical session on soap making using used cooking oil before departing around 4 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to congratulate all EPMC members who participated in the session, and we hope this event inspires the school children to be more aware of the power of upcycling used materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
