Q. How to purchase my order on the site?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To order your purchase:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Click \u201cAdd to cart\u201d button on the products you wish to purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click \u201cContinue Shopping\u201d to continue add other products into the cart or click \u201cCheckout\u201d to proceed your payment for the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. You\u2019ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. You\u2019ll need to confirm your shipping address on the \u201cShipping Address\u201d page and click \u201cnext\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click \u201cnext\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click \u201cnext\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Click \u201cConfirm Order\u201d to complete the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. What are the payment methods available?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Log-in your account \u2192 Click on \u201cAccount Maintenance\u201d \u2192 Edit your account information and Shipping address here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on \u201cLost Password?\u201d and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Submit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Please send an email to our customers service email at iiumbookshop@iium.edu.my with the message title \u201cRequest to cancel order\u201d in order to inform us about the cancellation order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Orders can not be cancel once shipped or in shipping process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery usually will takes about three (3) to fourteen (14) working days in Malaysia and fourteen (14) to thirty (30) working days for International postage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
